The COBRA-reciprocity chart provides state-by-state information on:

• Which states have adopted the COBRA option
• How these states extend this benefit to children who become residents of their states who have state-funded adoption assistance agreements with another state

The AAICAMA Primary Contacts document lists the individual in each state responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ICAMA. It also provides and their contact information.
