To increase ICAMA System functionality and expand stakeholder relationships to improve the quality of permanency.
All children and youth served by the Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance will receive the support services needed to strengthen families and promote permanency.

Conf27 will bring together AAICAMA, child welfare, and Medicaid professionals from across the country for meaningful collaboration, shared learning, and continued commitment to supporting children and families through the Compact.

Our Mission
Through a nationwide network of cooperation between state ICAMA Professionals, every child in an inter-jurisdictional adoption or title IV-E guardianship placement will have uninterrupted access to available medical services which support family permanency and stability.
