 The registration for the AAICAMA 2026 National Conference is now open!  Come, celebrate AAICAMA’s 40 years of service to the states! Register now for Early Bird rates.

Note: Hotel reservations must be made by May 5th, 2026, to receive the AAICAMA room block rate.

• AAICAMA Conference Registration Fees include state tax and provide the following:

• • Full, two-and-a-half-day Conference Program (see Preliminary Agenda, below)
  • Full buffet-style hot breakfast, lunch, and AM & PM snack breaks
  • Opening Reception (a portion of total cost) catered on the evening of Wednesday, May 28th, 2026.

Conference dates for the 2026 AAICAMA National Conference are May 27th – 29th, 2026 and the conference location is the wooded vistas and trails of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  

• The venue is The Rizzo Center in idyllic Chapel Hill. Please click for a preview of the hotel, the conference venue, the pool, and the lovely surrounding woods and hillsides.
• The Rizzo Center is situated in flowering trees and framed by wonderful, walkable trails. Chapel Hill and UNC are nearby and offer a host of outdoor and indoor activities.  

• A Conf26 Attendance Letter is available for you to personalize, date, and share with your Supervisor in support of your attendance.
• The Attendance Letter outlines the value of attendance for both you and your state’s permanency program.
